Tonys Fave: Chocolate fudge

This is a very simple recipe and my partner absolutely loves it.

Ingredients:

450g Icing Sugar

1/2 C Cocoa

115g Butter

1/4 Milk

Method:

1) Place all ingredients in a microwave proof bowl

2) microwave for 60 seconds

3) whisk until smooth (microwave for 30seconds more if needed)

4) Pour into lined pan

5) Refridgerate until set

6) Slice into desired size

Refridgerate in air tight container.
