Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've lost count of how many of these I have made. They are a delicious chewy choc chip cookie and the recipe makes heaps!!!

Ingredients:

3/4 C White Sugar

3/4 C Brown Sugar

225g Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

1 Egg

2 1/4 C Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 1/2 C Chocolate Chips

Method:

1) Pre heat oven to 180

2) Mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg until combined

3) Add flour, baking soda, and salt. mixing till combined.

4) Add chocolate chips and mix in

5) roll into teaspoon sized balls and place on a line baking tray 3-4cms apart.

6) Bake for 8-10 mins until starting to brown

allow to cool on trash for a few minutes before removing to cooling rack.
