Honey Bee Cookies

These are a tasty little cookie with a nice change form the usual golden syrup cookie.

Ingredients:

115g Butter- softened

1/2 C Brown Sugar- Packed

1/2 C Honey

1 Egg

1 1/2 C Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Method:

1) Preheat oven to 180

2) Beat together Butter, Brown Sugar, Honey, and egg until smooth

3) Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth

4) Drop teaspoonfuls on a lined baking tray

pinch of salt

5) Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden

Allow to cool on tray before removing
