Kiwi As: Weetbix Slice

This is great for using up those crumbs and the bottom of the box and the kids love it

Ingredients:

Slice:

150g Butter-melted

4 Weetbix- crushed

1/2 C Sugar

1 C Flour

1 Tblspn Cocoa

1 tsp Baking powder

Icing:

1 1/2 C Icing Sugar

1/2 C Coconut

1 Tsp Cocoa

25g Butter

hot water to mix

Method:

Slice

1) Preheat oven to 180 and line slice tin

2) Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in centre

3) Pour butter into well and mix until combined

4) Pour into tin and press until even

5) Bake for 10 minutes

Icing:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and add a small amount of hot water to melt butter. mix until smooth and pour over hot slice

Cut once set
