Browned Butter Choc Chunk Cookies

These add a nice twist on the usual choc chip cookies.

Ingredients:
225g Butter
2 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 C Brown Sugar-packed
1/2 C White sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
2 C Chocolate- roughly chopped
Method:
1) Preheat oven to 180
2) Melt Butter in a medium thick bottom stainless steel cause pan on medium heat. stir gentle until butter begins to brown. Remove form heat immediately and pour into a bowl
3) In a separate bowl mix together flour, Baking soda, and cinnamon
4) Add Sugars to Butter and beat
5) Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition
6) Add Vanilla Extract and beat for 3 minutes
7) Stir in Flour 1/3 at a time until smooth
8) Add Chocolate and fold in
9) Drop Spoonfuls onto line baking tray leaving 3-4 cms between cookies
10) Bake for 12 minutes until edges begin to brown
Allow to cool on tray for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
